Hi, tried out this feature in 3.1 which worked fine the First time. The 2nd time I used a different layout and I get prompted to replace the existing web timeline but then the system is stuck on the message
'Replacing Web Timeline
Finding existing timeline...'
I have a basic account and this is my web timeline: http://interactivetimeline.com/620/nokeos-timeline
hope you can help?
Hi Xa4,
I'm sorry to hear that you had some trouble publishing your timeline chart. It is difficult to tell from here what might have gone wrong - it could have been your internet connection, it could have been a temporary glitch in our server, or it could have been something else.
I would recommend deleting the timeline chart by using the Manage Published Timelines menu, and then publishing again.
If you are still having trouble, shoot me an email at elise@beedocs.com
