Elise has been working hard the past few months on updating our help documentation for Timeline 3D (v3). One article that you may find helpful is a list of all the new features in version 3.
I have blogged about some of these features and we are planning a series demonstration videos too, but it may be handy to see everything new in one place as well.

One feature I miss from the previous version is the ability to copy and paste images into the media field of the event entry box. Is there any chance that the feature will be reinstated?
Steve, that is an item on our bug list. I don't want to make any promises about when we might get to it, but it is on the list... We get a few bugs fixed with each update.
Glad to hear that. For the time being, I'll keep the previous version for the projects in which this provides a better workflow.

Actually, I went ahead and fixed this yesterday! We'll publish it as part of the next update. Look for it by the end of this week.
I am having issues with viewing my timeline after the update to v3. When I try and go to 3d navigation my screen goes black, and I have to restart the computer. Is this something you have heard of before? I can still export my timelines to keynote, but it would be nice to be able to preview them before the final export. I have a MBP with 6GB RAM.
Indi, this is a bug with v3 running on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). I expect to publish a fix in the next day or too. It is my priority #1. I'm sorry for the trouble, especially the reboot.
hi i am new to timeline, I was wondering if there is a way to export the tags, seems like when i add the tag to an event and then export it, everything except tags is there
Hello, i bought the license 3D of $65 Dolars, and I can´t export the time line, in register I put the license number and I see a message say it´s a test mode and I really need to sent the work because it´s my homework, so, please help me it´s urgent. I´m from Mexico. Best regards.
