Bee Docs Logo

Here is a new company logo I had designed by Design Hovie Studios. Would you please a quick comment with a word or two that describes the your impression of the logo (For example, "breezy", "uplifting", "oppressive", "bubbles", "itchy", etc...). Please be creative and don't just say -liked it-.

There are a few hundred people subscribed to this blog so I would like to see at least 50 different comments on this one. It will only take a second... Please?!

fireworks, too thick

Font seems too corporate.
The symbol/mark should be able to retain the message without the letterforms (the words "bee document"), having said that the fireworks doesn't seem to jive with the "bee documents" part of the message in on itself.

I thought it looked quite lively and energetic - definitely a hint of fireworks in the design.

I watch too much SciFi... My first impression on seeing this was ghosts rising from the ground. I can't see where it has a lot to do with timelines or bees.

confusing. dull.

by that I mean it does not convey anything to me. Your Timeline icon is meaningful. Play off the "bee" more, imo. Good luck!

Boring
No association with 'bee' (if that is the intention').
Might have been better if the curved lines had looked more like the path of bees swarming.

Upward, corporate, dull, whimsical . . . all of these.

dynamic, fluid, rising, upward

fireworks, explosive, cold

Not sure why but it reminds me of the Olympics games. Maybe because it looks like a torch?

Crisp, Spartan, denoting growth

Confusing -- I don't see the connection with Bee Docs. Looks like fireworks or wheat fields.

I see a flower

Anonymous AnonymousJune 12, 2008 2:27 PM

Reminds me of those thin thready wild mushrooms you get in fancy salads sometimes.

Or different kind of stamen - perhaps a lily?
