Actually the most memorable one for me was when you sent me a postcard! I was pleasantly surprised. I've never received such a thing before from a software company. You changed the way I viewed indie Mac developers which develop great software, and I always do what I can to support them. Thank you Adam!

Elliot's right. My reaction at receiving the card, (I live in Edinburgh, Scotland), was 'this is a superb piece of a) customer relationship, and b) excellent marketing. I've mentioned this to a number of colleagues and they're equally impressed. Plus, the software is just so well designed. Everything about the people involved in this group comes over well. I know I won't be alone when I say, 'I wish you all well and great success - however you define it.'
